摘要 目的 分析神经肌肉电刺激(NMES)对子宫内膜异位症相关疼痛(EAP)的影响。方法 选取2017年3月至2019年3月本院收治的84例EAP患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各42例。对照组采用常规治疗方案,研究组在对照组基础上采用NMES治疗,比较两组疼痛评分、生命质量评分及不良事件发生率。结果 研究组数字分级评分法(NRS)评分和子宫内膜异位症症状严重程度评分(ESSS)均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组身体组成(PCS)评分和精神组成(MCS)评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良事件发生率为11.90%,高于对照组的4.76%,但差异无统计学意义。结论 NMES治疗子宫内膜异位症效果显著,可明显缓解相关疼痛,提升患者生命质量。 Objective To analyze the effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation(NMES) on endometriosis-associated pain(EAP).Methods 84patients with EAP who were admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with NMES on the basis of the control group,the pain scores,quality of life scores and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The numerical rating scale(NRS) score and endometriosis symptom severity score(ESSS) in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The physical composition(PCS) score and mental composition(MCS) score of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the study group was 11.90%,which was higher 4.76% in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion NMES is effective in the treatment of endometriosis,which can significantly relieve related pain and improve the quality of life of patients.
