摘要
目的 分析二维斑点追踪成像技术在吸毒人员心肌运动评价中的效果。方法 选取2016年1—9月安徽宣城南湖戒毒所46例有5年以上海洛因摄入史者作为实验组,另选取同期中国人民解放军第901医院40名健康体检者作为对照组。两组均进行二维斑点追踪超声检查,比较两组收缩期位移峰值(Ds)、收缩期组织峰值速度(Vs)、收缩期纵向峰值应变率(LSR)、收缩期纵向应变(LS)测量结果。结果 实验组心尖四腔心切面,Ds在心尖段、中段、基底段检查结果均小于对照组,Vs在心尖段、中段、基底段检查结果均慢于对照组(P<0.05);LSR在心尖段、中段、基底段检查结果均高于对照组(P<0.05);LS在心尖段、中段、基底段检查结果均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 毒品海洛因可导致摄入者心肌运动功能异常,应用二维斑点追踪成像技术进行检查,可准确反映其心室壁运动情况,在心肌疾病早期诊断中具有较高应用价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of 2D speckle tracking imaging on myocardial motion evaluation of drug addicts.Methods 46 cases of heroin intake of more than 5 years in Anhui Xuancheng Nanhu Drug Rehabilitation Center from January to September 2016 were selected as the experimental group,and 40 healthy physical examination subjects in 901 Hospital of the People’ s PLA during the same period were selected as the control group.2D speckle tracking ultrasound was performed in both groups,and the measurement results of peak systolic displacements(Ds),peak systolic velocities(Vs),longitudinal peak systolic strain(LS) and longitudinal peak systolic strain rate(LSR) were compared between the two groups.Results The results of Ds in apical segment,middle segment and basal segment in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the results of Vs in apical segment,middle segment and basal segment were slower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the results of LSR in apical segment,middle segment and basal segment were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the results of LS in apical segment,middle segment and basal segment were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The drug heroin can lead to abnormal myocardial motor function,2D speck tracing imaging can accurately reflect the ventricular wall movement,which has high application value in the early diagnosis of myocardial diseases.
