摘要 为促进研究生培养质量的提升,在高等教育领域开展研究,探究研究生内隐追随的结构,并开发研究生内隐追随量表。按照严格的量表开发程序,对860名被试经过4轮问卷调查,对研究生内隐追随量表进行因子结构探索、验证及信效度检验。结果表明,研究生内隐追随由学习能力、好公民、学习态度3个因子构成,其结构和内容与不同文化背景、不同领域的前人研究存在差异。信效度检验结果说明,研究生内隐追随量表具有良好的信效度,可为研究生培养实践及后续相关研究所用。 In order to improve the quality of postgraduate training,research is conducted in the field of postgraduate education to explore the structure and content of postgraduate’s IFTS and develop the Postgraduate’s IFTS Scale. Following strict procedures,a total of 860 subjects were surveyed for 4 rounds,and exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis and reliability and validity test were conducted on the Postgraduate’s IFTS Scale. The results show that,postgraduate’s IFTS consists of three factors:learning ability,good citizen and learning attitude. There are differences between the structure and content of the Postgraduate’s IFTs and the previous studies in different cultural backgrounds and fields. The Postgraduate’s IFTS Scale has good reliability and validity,and can be used for subsequent relevant studies and practice of postgraduate training.
