以家庭为中心的护理模式在产科护理中的实施效果

The implementation effect of family-centered nursing model in obstetric nursing

目的:对在产科护理当中采用以家庭为中心的护理模式的效果进行探究。方法:在2018年9月至2020年8月,选择本院收治的产妇130例纳入研究,随机将其划分为普通组和干预组,每组各有65例。普通组产妇接受常规护理,干预组产妇接受以家庭为中心的护理模式。对比两组的护理效果。结果:干预组的不良妊娠结局率明显低于普通组,差异显著(P<0.05);普通的护理满意度为81.5%,干预组的护理满意度为96.9%,干预组的护理满意度明显高于普通组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在产科护理实践当中,通过以家庭为中心的护理模式对产妇实施护理效果确切,可以有效改善其不良妊娠结局,而且患者的护理满意度更高。

Objective:To explore the effects of family-centered nursing in obstetric nursing.Methods:From September 2018 to August 2020,130 cases of parturients admitted to our hospital were selected for the study,and they were randomly divided into general group and intervention group,with 65 cases in each group.The mothers in the general group received routine care,and the women in the intervention group received family-centered care.Compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Results:The adverse pregnancy outcome rate of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the ordinary group,difference is significant(P<0.05);ordinary nursing satisfaction was 81.5%,the nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was 96.9%,and the nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the ordinary Group,difference is significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the practice of obstetric nursing,the nursing care of parturients through the family-centered nursing model is effective,which can effectively improve the adverse pregnancy outcome,and the patient's nursing satisfaction is higher.
