PICC在白血病患者化疗中的应用及护理干预

Application of PICC in chemotherapy of leukemia patients and nursing intervention

目的:探讨PICC在白血病患者化疗中的应用及护理干预措施。方法:选取本院在2017年12月至2020年12月收治的66例白血病患者,以数字表法随机分为观察组(33例)与对照组(33例),对照组患者采取常规护理,观察组采取针对性护理干预。比较两组患者护理干预有效率以及护理满意度。结果:观察组患者并发症发生率显著低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者满意率显著高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PICC在白血病患者化疗中的应用具有非常理想的效果,但是需要加强针对性护理干预,避免并发症反复发生。

Objective:To explore the application of PICC in chemotherapy of leukemia patients and nursing intervention measures.Methods:66 cases of leukemia patients in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(33 cases)and control group(33 cases)by digital table method.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,and the observation group were given targeted nursing intervention.The effective rate of nursing intervention and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of PICC in chemotherapy for leukemia patients has a very ideal effect,but it is necessary to strengthen targeted nursing intervention to avoid repeated complications.
