腹腔镜手术在急性阑尾炎中的临床应用效果

The clinical effectof laparoscopic surgery in acute appendicitis

目的:探究在急性阑尾炎中实行腹腔镜手术的临床应用效果,为临床医师选择合理术式提供参考依据。方法:选择2019年1月至2020年12月康平县人民医院诊治的212例急性阑尾炎患者作为研究对象,根据抽样法原则,对研究对象进行分组,分为对照组与观察组(各106例)。对照组实行传统开腹术,观察组实行腹腔镜手术;对比两组的临床治疗总有效率、各项相关临床指标及并发症发生率。结果:观察组的总有效率为98.11%(104/106),显著高于对照组的86.79%(92/106),P<0.05。观察组的手术时间、术后排气时间和住院时间均短于对照组,且术中出血量低于对照组,P<0.05。在并发症发生率方面,观察组低于对照组(2.83%<10.38%),P<0.05。结论:腹腔镜手术用于急性阑尾炎的临床效果显著,可有效改善临床症状,缩短住院时间,减少并发症发生,临床应用价值高。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in acute appendicitis,and to provide reference for clinicians to choose reasonable operation.Methods:A total of 212 patients with acute appendicitis diagnosed and treated by Kangping People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the principle of“sampling method”,the researchers were divided into group-control group and observation group(106 cases in each).The control group performed traditional laparotomy,and the observation group performed laparoscopic surgery;the total effective rate of clinical treatment,various related clinical indicators and complication rates of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.11%(104/106),which was significantly higher than 86.79%(92/106)of the control group,P<0.05.The operation duration,postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.As a result,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(2.83%<10.38%),P<0.05.Conclusion:The clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery for acute appendicitis is remarkable,it can effectively improve clinical symptoms,shorten hospital stay,reduce complications,and has high clinical application value.
