摘要 基于半解析有限元模型NASP,推导并实现飞机制动滑行模拟,以B738飞机为例,分析跑道道面结构形式、飞机滑跑速度影响下飞机单轮和轮组制动力作用下跑道的动力响应,揭示飞机制动滑行影响跑道疲劳寿命的机理。研究结果表明:高速紧急制动的飞机会引起跑道结构面层纵向应力显著增加,进而急剧缩短机场跑道的疲劳寿命。制动力产生的道面附加纵向拉应力在飞机低速滑行时仍存在不低的幅值,建议在整个跑道区域的设计中均考虑制动力的影响。 Based on the semi-analytical finite element model NASP, the simulation of aircraft braking taxiing was derived and realized. Taking B738 aircraft as an example, the influence of runway pavement structure and aircraft’s speed on the dynamic response of runway under the braking force of single wheel and multi-wheels was analyzed, and the mechanism of aircraft braking taxiing affecting runway fatigue life was revealed. The results show that the aircraft with high-speed emergency braking will cause a significant increase in the longitudinal stress of runway structure surface, and then sharply shorten the fatigue life of airport runway. The additional longitudinal tensile stress caused by braking force still has a high amplitude when the aircraft taxies at low speed. The influence of braking force must be considered in runway structure design.
