摘要
新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,HIE)是一种危害严重的神经系统疾病,发病率高、预后差,但由于其发病机制的复杂性,目前尚无系统的治疗方法。因此,迫切需要另辟蹊径探究HIE的病理机制,以确定HIE治疗的新靶点。铁死亡是近年来新发现的一种铁依赖的、以脂质过氧化物积累为特征的细胞死亡形式。铁死亡不仅与肿瘤细胞死亡密切相关,且与缺血/再灌注损伤疾病及神经系统疾病相关。本文总结铁死亡的特点及调节机制,并讨论铁死亡与新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的关系,为今后开展相关研究提供依据。
Neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE)is a serious neurological disease with a high incidence and poor prognosis.However,due to the complexity of its pathogenesis,there is no specialized systematic treatment.Therefore,it is urgent to find a new way to explore the pathological mechanism of HIE,so as to determine new targets for HIE treatment.Ferroptosis is a newly discovered form of iron-dependent cell death characterized by accumulation of lipid peroxides.It is closely related to not only tumor cell death,but also to ischemia/reperfusion injury and neurological diseases.In this review,the characteristics and regulatory mechanisms of ferroptosis were systematically summarized,and the relationship betweenferroptosis and neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy was discussed to provide a basis for future related research.
