某医学院校大学生雾霾相关KAP调查及其影响因素研究

Study on the KAP and the influential factors of haze among college students

目的:调查某医学院校在校大学生对雾霾相关知识、态度及其应对雾霾行为等,同时分析积极应对雾霾行为可能的影响因素,为高校开展大学生防霾工作提供科学依据。方法:按照年级分层整群抽取某医学院校在校大学生1 000名,使用统一问卷进行雾霾相关知识、态度及行为等调查。结果:共调查1 000名,获得有效问卷961份,应答率为96.1%。961名调查对象对雾霾的危害及来源认知度较高(均>90%),对雾霾的有效防护认知较低。积极应对雾霾行为总得分(8.88±3.02)分,影响因素多因素分析结果显示,性别、雾霾相关知识得分、天气质量关注度及应对雾霾积极防护态度均与积极应对雾霾行为得分有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大学生对雾霾相关知识了解还不够全面,有效应对雾霾的能力相对较弱,在大学生高校健康教育过程中应加强雾霾预防的相关知识的宣传,从而提高大学生群体的健康防治意识。

Objective :To investigate the knowledge,attitudes and measures against haze among the college students,analyze the possible influencing factors of actively responding to haze behavior and provide scientific basis for college students.Methods:A questionnaire survey on the knowledge,attitude and measures towards haze control was conducted among college students selected from a medical college.results:A total of 1 000 college students were investigated 961questionnaires were valid(96. 1% response rate). The knowing rates of harmful and sources were relatively high(>90%). The average score of actively behavior with haze was(8. 88±3. 02),the results of multivariate analysis showed that it is connected between the sex,the knowledge score,weather quality concerns and the positive protective attitude towards haze of actively behavior with haze.Conclusion:College students are not fully aware of haze related knowledge,and the ability to effectively cope with fog and haze is relatively weak. The knowledge of haze prevention should be strengthened to improve the awareness of health prevention and control of college students.
