通痹舒筋丸联合腰腹肌功能锻炼护理对椎间盘源性腰痛患者的影响

Effect of Tongbi Shujin pill combined with lumbar and abdominal muscle function exercise nursing on patients with discogenic low back pain

目的探究通痹舒筋丸联合腰腹肌功能锻炼护理对椎间盘源性腰痛患者疼痛程度及生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年5月—2020年11月医院收治的82例椎间盘源性腰痛患者为研究对象,按照组间基本特征均衡可比的原则分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组行通痹舒筋丸联合常规治疗及护理指导,观察组在对照组基础上联合腰腹肌功能锻炼护理。观察两组临床疗效、疼痛程度、生活质量及不良反应。结果观察组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者干预前疼痛程度、生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组患者疼痛程度评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通痹舒筋丸联合腰腹肌功能锻炼护理治疗椎间盘源性腰痛可减轻患者腰痛症状,改善日常生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of Tongbi Shujin pill combined with lumbar and abdominal muscle function exercise nursing on pain degree and quality of life in patients with discogenic low back pain.Methods A total of 82 patients with discogenic low back pain who were admitted to the hospital from May 2018 to November 2020 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of balance and comparability of basic characteristics between the groups,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received Xingtongbi Shujin pills combined with routine treatment and nursing guidance,while the observation group received lumbar and abdominal muscle function exercise nursing on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pain degree,quality of life and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The clinical efficacy in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of pain degree and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the score of pain degree in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongbi Shujin pills combined with lumbar and abdominal muscle function exercise nursing in the treatment of discogenic low back pain can relieve the symptoms of low back pain and improve the quality of daily life.
