炎症性肠病患者营养状况与生活质量的相关性研究

Correlation between nutritional status and quality of life in patients with infl ammation bowel disease

目的探讨炎症性肠病患者营养状况的影响因素及与生活质量的关系。方法选取2019年1月—2020年6月在南通大学第二附属医院住院的73例炎症性肠病(IBD)患者,收集患者的一般资料、营养状况分级资料、疾病活动指数、生活质量等数据,通过单因素和多因素分析影响炎症性肠病患者生活质量的主要因素,并分析营养状况与生活质量的相关性。结果IBD患者中多发营养不良,多因素分析显示,疾病类型、疾病状态、营养状况为影响患者生活质量的主要影响因素。相关性分析显示,营养不良与生活质量呈负相关。结论IBD患者生活质量下降与营养受损存在相关性,改善营养状况,可为改善患者整体状况提供基础。

Objective To explore the influencing factors of nutritional status of inflammation bowel disease(IBD)patients and their relationship with quality of life.Methods A total of 73 patients with IBD who were hospitalized in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected.We collected general information,nutritional status grading information,disease activity index,quality of life and other data of patients,analyzed the main factors affecting the quality of life of patients with infl ammatory bowel disease through univariate and multivariate analysis,and analyzed the correlation between nutritional status and quality of life.Results Malnutrition was frequent in patients with IBD.Multivariate analysis showed that disease type,disease state,and nutritional status were the main factors affecting the quality of life of patients.Correlation analysis showed that the malnutrition was inversely associated with quality of life.Conclusion There was a correlation between the decline of quality of life in IBD patients and nutritional impairment.Improving nutritional status can provide a basis for improving the overall condition of patients.
