摘要
1例老年女性黑色素瘤患者接受帕博利珠单抗200 mg治疗,21 d后发生免疫性心肌炎伴横纹肌溶解,考虑与帕博利珠单抗治疗有关。经给予糖皮质激素冲击治疗和对症支持治疗,患者病情逐渐好转并出院。
An elderly female melanoma patient who received 200 mg of pembrolizumab developed immune myocarditis with rhabdomyolysis 21 days later,which was considered to be related to pembrolizumab treatment.The patient was given glucocorticoid pulse therapy and symptomatic treatment,her condition was gradually improved after treatment and was finally discharged from the hospital.
