某三甲医院住院药房药品贮藏条件分析及规范化探究

Analysis of drugs storage condition and standardization for inpatient dispensary in a tertiary hospital

目的:分析住院药房现有药品贮藏条件,为药品日常合理维护提供参考,确保药品质量。方法:查阅我院住院药房现有药品说明书,对贮藏项中各贮藏条件进行分类统计,依据2020年版《中国药典》凡例中药品贮存的相关规定,结合实际对药品贮藏提出规范化建议。结果:764个药品说明书中,描述规范的药品品规为719个,术语描述不规范主要为温度贮藏项;说明书贮藏项标注为常温药品数目最多,其中片剂和注射剂占比较高;要求密封贮藏药品占比最大,其次为遮光和密闭;药品贮藏时间差别较大;同一通用名下,不同国家药品贮藏条件存在差异。结论:不同剂型对贮藏条件的要求不同,提高药房人员规范化药品管理意识,可保证药品质量,更好地服务临床。

Objective:To analyze the storage condition of the existing drugs in the inpatient dispensary so as to provide reference for the reasonable maintenance of drugs and ensure the safety and effectiveness of the drugs.Methods:The existing drug instructions in our inpatient dispensary were checked,the storage conditions were categorized,and recommendations were made to standardize the storage of drugs in accordance with the actual situation and relevant provisions of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020 edition.Results:Among the 764 drug descriptions,719 were standardized,and the terminology was not standardized mainly for temperature storage;the largest number of drugs were labelled as storage at room temperature,with tablets and injectables accounting for a higher proportion;the largest proportion of drugs required to be stored under seal,followed by light and airtight;the storage time of drugs significantly varied;there were differences in the storage conditions of drugs in different countries under the same generic name.Conclusion:Different dosage forms have different requirements for storage conditions.The improvement of the standardization awareness of pharmacy staff can ensure the quality of medicines and serve the clinic better.
