职业教育高质量产教融合“合域”逻辑与路径创新

摘要 职业教育产教融合是职业教育发展研究的永恒主题,历史实践却因目标模糊、逻辑失序犹如“迷失羔羊”,尚未回归“理想正途”。面对“世界百年未有之大变局”,中国正由“制造大国”迈向“制造强国”,职业教育产教融合创新改革刻不容缓且必须改出“中国特色”。以中国传统文化智慧赋能“变中求道”,站在国家发展战略高度,确定“高质量”未来走向,精准定位“三才三量”目标,“标”新立异构建“合域”逻辑体系,据此设计实践路径、精准导航产教“深融实合”,助推中国特色职业教育高质量发展稳健前行。 The integration of industry and education is the eternal theme in the developmental research of vocational education.However,due to the vague goal and logical disorder,the practice of the theme is like a"lost lamb"that has not yet found the right path home.Facing the"great changes that have not been seen in the world in a century",China is moving from a"big manufacturing country"to a"strong manufacturing power".The innovative reform with Chinese characteristics of the integration of industry and education in vocational education is urgent.With the wisdom of Chinese traditional culture,we can"seek the way in change",stand at the height of national development strategy,determine the future trend of promoting high quality,accurately locate the goal of"three talents and three quantities",and innovatively build an"integrated domain"logic system.Based on this,a practice path is designed to accurately navigating the"deep integration and practical integration"of industry and education so as to promote the steady development of high-quality vocational education with Chinese characteristics.
