教育生态学视域下高职院校职业素养教育提升路径探究 被引量:2

摘要 职业素养是职业教育的重要内容,也是职业院校学生可持续发展的“助推剂”。运用教育生态学的原理、方法和思维对职业素养教育生态学的边界、范围、层次进行分析,针对职业素养教育在生态主体认识不统一、适度区间掌握不平衡、实践环境融入不到位、实施节律衔接不合拍等问题,提出体系重塑、要素整合、样态创新、分级推进的教育生态学视域下职业素养教育提升路径。 Vocational literacy is an important part of vocational education,and also a"booster"for the sustainable development of students in vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the boundary,scope and level of the ecology of vocational literacy education by using the principles,methods and thinking of the ecology of education.It puts forward some problems in the vocational literacy education,such as the disunity of ecological subjects'understanding,the imbalance of the appropriate range of mastery,the inadequate integration of practical environment,and the disharmony of the implementation of rhythm,and proposes the promotion paths for vocational literacy education from the perspective of educational ecology,such as system remodeling,elements integration,modal innovation,and hierarchical promotion.
