摘要
教学档案袋评价是凸显个性、尊重主体、重视教学过程以及多元评价主体参与、具有导向功能的一种发展性的教学评价。围绕教师个人发展规划、专业成长的轨迹、多元主体评价与教师反思,在高职院校引入教学档案袋评价,进行教学档案袋的创建、评价,能促进教师认识自我、反思成长,发展成为教学名师、学术带头人;同时有助树立榜样培养教师,组建教学团队共谋发展,是“以评促教、以评促改、以评促学”的一种新举措,能有效促进教师队伍的专业化发展。
Teaching portfolio evaluation is an orientation and developmental teaching evaluation method that highlights individuality,respects the subject,values the teaching process,and involves multiple evaluation subjects.Focusing on teachers'personal development planning,professional growth track,multi-subject evaluation and teachers'reflection,the introduction of teaching portfolio evaluation in higher vocational colleges and the creation and evaluation of teaching portfolio can promote teachers'self-awareness,self-reflection and growth,and help them to develop into famous teachers and academic leaders.At the same time,it helps set an example in training teachers and build a teaching team to seek common development.It is a new measure of promoting teaching,reform and learning by evaluation,which can effectively promote the professional development of teaching staff.
