新天钢LF炉精炼渣循环利用生产实践 被引量:2

摘要 新天钢为减少LF炉精炼渣造渣材料的用量和固废渣的排放,提高钢水精炼的质量,减少炼钢过程的熔剂消耗,电极消耗、电量消耗以及钢铁料消耗,缩短LF炉精炼加电和脱硫时间提高生产效率,开展了LF炉精炼渣循环利用的技术,从开浇炉次和正常炉次的具体操作、采用LF炉精炼渣循环和不采用循环的效果对比进行分析,从LF炉精炼渣排除后不再参与循环部分的再利用方法,最终实现LF精炼渣的综合利用。
