摘要
为降低电机气动噪声,针对轨道车辆风冷型永磁同步牵引电机开展噪声测试,对比分析等距叶轮和不等距叶轮的电机总噪声水平与频谱特性。研究结果表明:2000 r/min以上永磁电机的气动噪声起决定作用,1600 r/min以下是电磁噪声占主导;等距叶轮噪声频谱主要由1倍和2倍叶片通过频率、48阶、56阶、104阶和开关频率及倍频附近的调制成分构成;不等距叶轮方案具有频散降噪效果,在1倍和2倍叶片通过频率周围衍生出新的间隔为2倍转频的新激励频率。通过不等距叶轮的测试及对比分析,可为永磁电机的噪声性能提升提供指导。
In order to reduce the aerodynamic noise of the motor, the noise test were carried out for the air-cooled permanent magnet synchronous traction motor of rail vehicles, and the total noise level and frequency spectrum characteristics of the motor with equidistant impeller and unequal impeller were compared and analyzed. The results show that the aerodynamic noise of the permanent magnet motor above 2000 r/min plays a decisive role, and the electromagnetic noise were dominant below 1600 r/min. The noise spectrum of equidistant impeller is mainly composed of 1 and 2 times of blade passing frequency, 48 order, 56 order, 104 order and modulation components near switching frequency and frequency doubling. The unequal pitch impeller scheme has the effect of dispersive noise reduction, and a new excitation frequency with an interval of two times of the rotation frequency were derived around the 1 and 2 times of blade passing frequency. Through the test and comparative analysis of unequal distance impeller, it can provide guidance for the improvement of permanent magnet motor noise performance.
