摘要
以w(Si)为2.6%的无取向硅钢为研究对象,采用光学显微镜、场发射扫描电子显微镜等检测方式,对不同常化工艺下无取向硅钢热轧组织和析出物进行表征。结果表明:940℃×5 min常化后完全再结晶,但晶粒尺寸较小;970℃×5 min常化后晶粒长大且均匀;1000℃×5 min常化后晶粒发生了异常长大。与热轧板相比,常化后试样晶粒发生再结晶并长大,且析出物数量减少,尺寸增大,有利于成品铁损降低。
The hot rolled microstructure and precipitates of non oriented silicon steel with 2.6%silicon content were characterized by optical microscope and field emission scanning electron microscope.The results show that after 940℃×5 min normalization,it recrystallized completely,but the grain size was small.After 970℃×5 min normalization,the grains grow and uniform.After 1000℃×5 min normalization,the grain grew abnormally.Compared with the hot rolled plate,the grains of the normalized sample recrystallize and grow up,and the amount of precipitates decreases and the size increases,which is conducive to the reduction of iron loss of the finished product.
