摘要
采用近液相线法制备了ZL203半固态坯料,通过光学显微镜对显微组织的演变结果进行观察,分析浇注温度和模具温度对ZL203半固态坯料组织的影响。结果表明,浇注温度越接近ZL203液相线温度,等轴状晶粒越多,且晶粒越细小;当浇注温度为630℃时,晶粒最细小。同时发现,模具温度对α-Al的晶粒形貌和大小也有重要的影响,当模具温度为常温时,晶粒形貌和大小最优。
ZL203 semi-solid billet was prepared by near liquidus method.The microstructure evolution was observed by optical microscope,and the effects of pouring temperature and mold temperature on the microstructure of ZL203 semi-solid billet were analyzed.The results show that the closer the pouring temperature is to ZL203 liquidus temperature,the more equiaxed grains and the finer the grains are.When the pouring temperature is 630℃,the grain size is the smallest.At the same time,mold temperature also has an important influence on the grain morphology and size ofα-Al.When the mold temperature is normal temperature,the grain morphology and size are optimal.
