以钢铁企业实验室为例,分析了在企业转型升级的关键时期,企业实验室存在的问题、建设需求、未来发展的方向以及在企业中承担的角色。着重阐述了企业实验室在满足企业基本检验需求的前提下,如何跟上企业转型升级的战略规划,如何在现代市场中寻求实验室的未来发展方向。

Taking the steel enterprise laboratory as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the enterprise laboratory,the construction needs of the enterprise laboratory,the future development direction,and the role in the enterprise during the critical period of enterprise transformation and upgrading.This paper focuses on how to keep up with the strategic planning of enterprise transformation and upgrading and how to seek the future development direction of the laboratory in the modern market on the premise of meeting the basic inspection needs of enterprises.
