工业退火工序对冷轧表面缺陷形成的影响分析及控制优化

摘要 冷轧板在2080连退线退火炉生产工序中,存在工艺参数设置不合理以及设备老化等问题,会使带钢表面产生划伤、黄斑、麻点、网纹等表面缺陷,不仅造成大量的降级品,还引起多起质量异议,严重影响产品的正常供应和客户使用满意度。针对此情况,通过对缺陷产生的机理进行分析与探讨,并使用六西格玛精益管理DMAIC方法、PDCA攻关方法等过程控制方法制定相应地改善控制及优化措施,有效降低了冷轧板缺陷发生率,明显改善了冷轧板表面质量,取得了良好的效果。 In the production process of the 2080 continuous annealing furnace,the cold rolled sheet will undergo high temperature annealing,rapid cooling,water quenching and cooling and other technological processes.The unreasonable setting or the aging of the equipment over time will cause surface defects such as annealing,scratch,macula,pitting,reticulation,which not only causes a large number of degraded products,but also causes many quality objections,which seriously affects the product normal supply and customer satisfaction.Therefore,through the analysis and discussion on the mechanism of defect generation,improvement control and optimization measures were formulated correspondingly by using six sigma lean management DMAIC method,PDCA tackling method and other process control methods,which effectively reduced the occurrence rate of cold rolled sheet defects.The surface quality of the cold rolled sheet has been improved,and good results have been achieved,the production window period has been expanded,and the market share has been consolidated and expanded.
