摘要
介绍邯钢8号高炉在生产实践过程中采用的嘉恒法渣处理工艺流程,并对该工艺中存在的设备磨损腐蚀严重、维护工作量大、冲渣水量小以及事故频发等诸多问题进行分析。通过对冲制箱、脱水器、上塔管道等设备及操作工艺进行一系列优化改进,提高了设备使用寿命,降低了维护工作量,保障了高炉长周期稳定运行。
This paper introduces the Jiaheng slag treatment process adopted in the production practice of No.8 blast furnace of Hansteel,and analyzes many problems existing in this process,such as serious equipment wear and corrosion,heavy maintenance workload,small slag flushing water volume and frequent accidents.Through a series of optimization and improvement of equipment and operation processes such as flushing box,dehydrator and upper tower pipeline,the service life of the equipment is increased and the maintenance workload is reduced.The long-term stable operation of blast furnace is ensured.
