摘要
采取低铁耗的生产模式进行转炉冶炼时,由于炉内铁水量降低,反应过程中的热量不足,导致炉内废钢熔化不完全,转炉终点钢水温度低,而为达到目标温度,延长吹炼时间,易造成终点炉渣的氧化性增强,钢水含氧量升高,加剧对炉衬的冲刷侵蚀。针对此情况,在充分利用现有设备的基础上,对炼钢任务进行合理分配,并对冶炼过程中各个限制环节进行分析研究和优化,通过对造渣制度、供氧制度、缩短冶炼周期,降低温损、充分利用LF冶金功能、炉况维护等几方面进行优化,提高了转炉作业率,实现了转炉低铁耗工艺的优化稳定及高效化生产。
When the production mode of low iron consumption is adopted in the converter smelting process, due to the reduction of the amount of iron in the furnace and the lack of heat in the reaction process, the scrap in the furnace is not completely melted and the end-point molten steel temperature of the converter is low. In order to reach the target temperature and prolong the blowing time, the oxidation of the end-point slag is enhanced, the oxygen content of molten steel is increased, and the erosion of the furnace lining is intensified. Therefore, the steelmaking plant makes full use of the existing equipment, reasonably distributes the steelmaking tasks, analyzes,studies and optimizes all restrictive links in the smelting process, optimizes the slag system, oxygen supply system, shortens the smelting cycle, reduces temperature loss, makes full use of LF metallurgical function and furnace condition maintenance, improves the converter operation rate, and realizes the stable and efficient production of converter low iron consumption process.
