摘要
对电解槽中氧化铝浓度的准确控制直接影响着电解槽电流效率的提高和直流电耗的降低。鉴于此,主要阐述影响氧化铝浓度控制的两大主要因素,即工艺技术条件和人工操作质量,以及氧化铝浓度对电解质导电率和初晶温度的影响;并针对氧化铝下料情况以及不当的氧化铝浓度控制产生炉底沉淀问题,提出可行性建议。
The accurate control of alumina concentration in the electrolytic cell directly affects the improvement of the current efficiency of the electrolytic cell and the reduction of DC power consumption. In view of this, this paper mainly expounds the two main factors that affect the control of alumina concentration, namely, the process technical conditions and manual operation quality, and the influence of alumina concentration on electrolyte conductivity. Feasible suggestions are put forward for the problem of furnace bottom sedimentation caused by alumina blanking and improper alumina concentration control.
