高炉料罐均压煤气湿式全回收技术的研究及应用

摘要 在介绍高炉料罐均压煤气湿式全回收工艺的基础上,分析研究在各大高炉上应用高炉料罐均压煤气湿式全回收技术的生产实绩。通过生产实绩可以表明:通过高炉料罐均压煤气回收技术改进,解决了料罐均压煤气温度低于露点时布袋除尘器无法正常工作的问题;高炉的料罐均压煤气湿式全回收项目达到了节能环保的预期效果。 Based on the introduction of the wet full recovery process of blast furnace equalizing gas in charging tank, the production performance of the wet full recovery technology of blast furnace equalizing gas in charging tank of various blast furnaces is analyzed and studied. The actual production performance shows that through the improvement of the pressure equalizing gas recovery technology of the blast furnace charging tank, the problem that the bag filter cannot work normally when the temperature of the pressure equalizing gas in the charging tank is lower than the dew point is solved. The wet full recovery project of pressure equalizing gas in the charging tank of blast furnace has achieved the expected effect of energy conservation and environmental protection.
