摘要 在煤矿通风系统的应用中,为达到实时监测通风机运行状况并能自动进行故障诊断的目的,以智能控制技术、传感器技术以及现代通信技术为基础,提出通风机智能监测及故障诊断系统的设计思路,设计了以监测监控系统和视频监控系统为核心的通风机监测与故障诊断系统,并总结该系统具有的主要功能及其应用效果。应用结果表明,该系统的设计有助于更好地保障通风机的安全高效运行,降低通风的检修维护成本以及能耗,可达到预期目标,具有一定的推广应用价值。 In the application of coal mine ventilation system, in order to achieve the purpose of real-time monitoring of fan operation and automatic fault diagnosis, based on intelligent control technology, sensor technology and modern communication technology, the design idea of fan intelligent monitoring and fault diagnosis system is put forward, and the fan monitoring and fault diagnosis system with monitoring system and video monitoring system as the core is designed. The main functions and application effect of the system are summarized. The application results show that the design of the system helps to better ensure the safe and efficient operation of the ventilator, reduce the maintenance cost and energy consumption of ventilation, achieve the expected goal, and has a certain value of popularization and application.
