摘要
在冷轧硅钢生产过程中,由于现场作业环境复杂、来料不稳定、工艺步骤不合适、设备功能性与精度下降以及其他异常因素,会造成钢卷出现各类卷曲不齐问题,影响了各工段成品合格率,严重时影响到了整个公司生产运转。基于此,从纠偏装置角度完善设备自身功能,根据各类卷曲不齐现象,进行原因分析、措施说明,并对工艺控制进行优化、对设备缺陷进行查找修复,使该生产缺陷得到了有效改善。
In the production process of cold rolled silicon steel, due to the complex on-site operation environment, unstable incoming materials, inappropriate process steps, decreased equipment functionality and accuracy and other abnormal factors, all kinds of uneven curling problems of steel coils will occur, which will affect the qualified rate of finished products in each section and. In serious cases, the production operation of the whole company will be affected. The functions of the equipment are improved from the perspective of deviation correction device, and the causes are analyzed and the measures are explained according to various uneven curling phenomena. The process control was optimized and the equipment defects were found and repaired, which effectively improved the production defects.
