摘要
针对煤矿井下高效掘进及安全支护理论分析不足,主要依靠人工经验确定井下支护方案和高效掘进方案的问题,对井下智能化高效掘进需求、井下巷道围岩变形理论等进行了分析,确定了智能化高效掘进的发展方向及核心,分析了巷道宽度与巷道变形对井下智能化高效掘进的影响。分析认为,当巷道宽度大于4.5 m时巷道变形量会加大,影响智能化掘进安全,需采用多种智能化支护方案提高支护效率和可靠性。
In view of the insufficient theoretical analysis of efficient tunneling and safety support in coal mine, underground support scheme and efficient tunneling scheme mainly depends on manual experience. This paper analyzes the underground intelligent and efficient tunneling demand and underground roadway surrounding rock deformation theory, and determines the development direction and core of intelligent and efficient tunneling. The influence of roadway width and roadway deformation on intelligent and efficient underground excavation is analyzed. The analysic shows that when the roadway width is greater than 4.5 m, the roadway deformation will increase,affecting the safety of intelligent excavation. It is necessary to adopt a variety of intelligent support schemes to improve the support efficiency and reliability.
