含钆芯块钆均匀性混合工艺研究

摘要 为了制备钆含量分布均匀的含钆二氧化铀芯块,通过调查研究确定钆铀混合设备-犁铧混料器,并经过工艺试验摸索出使GdO粉末与UO粉末混合均匀的混料方式、混料循环和混料时间,确定了含钆芯块制备过程中犁铧混料工艺参数。最终研究表明,采用试验确定的芯块制备过程中的犁铧混料工艺可以制备出满足技术条件要求的含钆芯块。 In order to prepare gadolinium-containing uranium dioxide pellets with uniform gadolinium content distribution, through investigation and research, the gadolinium uranium mixing equipment-ploughshare mixer was determined. Through process tests, the mixing mode, mixing cycle and mixing time for evenly mixing GdOpowder and UOpowder were explored, and the plowshare mixing process parameters in the preparation of gadolinium containing pellets were determined. The final research shows that the plowshare mixing process in the pellet preparation process determined by the test can produce gadolinium-containing pellets that meet the requirements of technical conditions.
