摘要
通过对某种锻件表面纵向裂纹形成的位置、形貌以及裂纹周围的金相组织进行分析,发现裂纹集中分布在整批轴的固定位置,裂纹处含有Fe、C、O、Si、Mn等元素,裂纹周围具有明显的脱碳层,结合原材料轧制过程的工艺,可以判定裂纹是由于锻件在锻造前高温受热并在锻造的过程中将夹杂物挤压进裂纹部位,锻件表面纵向裂纹并非原材料自身缺陷。
Through the analysis of the microstructure formed around the longitudinal crack on the surface of a forging the position,morphology and crack,crack is found concentrated in the fixed position of the whole group of shaft,crack containing Fe、C、O、Si、Mn and other elements,crack around with decarburized layer obviously.According to process raw materials of the rolling process,it is determined that the crack is due to the high temperature heating before forging in the forging and extrusion into the crack in the process of inclusion forging.The longitudinal cracks on the surface of forgings are not the defects of raw materials.
