摘要
为了解决回采巷道变形严重及破坏大的问题,以杜家沟煤业为工程背景,利用数值模拟软件对不同巷道布设位置下的围岩塑性破坏范围及垂直应力分布进行分析,且为了提升数值模拟精度,利用先前试验数据对模型物理参数进行属性设定。通过模拟研究发现,当对回采巷道沿着巷道底板进行掘进时,此时的巷道塑性变形、巷道围岩垂直应力、围岩水平应力及充填体的破坏等均能满足巷道围岩控制要求,所以将回采巷布置于沿巷道底板的位置为最佳。
In order to improve the coal mining rate and achieve the purpose of cost reduction and efficiency increase,taking the surrounding rock of Dujiagou coal industry as the research background,this paper uses the numerical simulation software to analyze the plastic failure range and vertical stress distribution of surrounding rock under different roadway layout positions.In order to improve the accuracy of numerical simulation,the physical parameters of the model are set by using the previous test data.Through simulation research,it is found that when the mining roadway is driven along the roadway floor,the roadway plastic deformation,the vertical stress of roadway surrounding rock,the horizontal stress of surrounding rock and the damage of filling body can meet the requirements of roadway surrounding rock control.Therefore,the optimal roadway layout position is the roadway layout position.
