首钢长钢8号高炉安全停炉实践

Safe Shutdown Practice of No.8 BF at Shougang Changgang

为确保炉顶设备和煤气系统的安全,实现安全、环保、节能地快速停炉,对首钢长治钢铁有限公司炼铁厂8号高炉开展停炉实践。停炉过程采用空料线打水法,并对高炉降料面时的炉顶雾化打水、炉顶温度、煤气回收等各项操作参数进行严格控制。

In order to ensure the safety of furnace top equipment and gas system,and realize safe,environmental protection and energy-saving rapid shutdown,the practice of shutdown of No.8 blast furnace in the ironmaking plant of Shougang Changzhi Steel&Iron Co.,Ltd.is carried out.The method of empty charge line water pumping is adopted in the shutdown process,and various operating parameters of blast furnace such as top atomization water pumping,top temperature and gas recovery are strictly controlled during the lowering of charge level.
