摘要
针对陕钢集团汉中钢铁有限责任公司165 mm×165 mm方坯生产过程中表面氧化铁皮多的现状,结合铸坯表面氧化铁皮生成机理分析,以控制铸坯冷却和表面温度为目标,以优化连铸生产一次、二次冷却为生产实践重点,同时对影响铸坯冷却效果的钢水过热度、拉速、结晶器保护渣性能等方面进行控制和优化。经不断改进、优化,两台连铸机氧化铁皮的生成量逐步减少,效果良好。
According to the current situation of too much scale on the surface of 165 mm×165mm square billet in the production process of Shaanxi Steel Group Hanzhong iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,combined with the analysis of the formation mechanism of scale on the surface of the billet,aiming at controlling the cooling and surface temperature of the billet,the production practice focuses on optimizing the primary and secondary cooling of continuous casting production,and at the same time,the superheat of molten steel,casting speed,mold flux performance and other aspects that affect the cooling effect of the billet are controlled and optimized.Through continuous improvement and optimization,the amount of iron oxide scale produced by the two continuous casters is gradually reduced,and the effect is good.
