基于长钢3号高炉炉顶上料及重力除尘工艺现状,对炉顶上料的无料钟炉顶设备、炉顶框架布置、高炉煤气均排压系统、打水装置及重力除尘系统的卸灰装置进行了节能环保改造。升级改造能够满足生产需要,工艺结构布置简单紧凑,装备现代化、自动化程度高,并兼顾了节能减排和安全生产,在很大程度上实现了节能减排的经济效益和环保效益。

Based on the current situation of charging and gravity dedusting technology of No.3 BF of Changgang,energy-saving and environmental protection transformation has been carried out for the bell less top equipment,top frame arrangement,blast furnace gas equalizing and discharging system,water pumping device and ash discharging device of gravity dedusting system.The upgrading and transformation can meet the production needs,the process structure is simple and compact,the equipment is modern and the degree of automation is high,and the energy-saving and emission reduction and safety production are taken into account.To a large extent,the economic and environmental benefits of energy-saving and emission reduction are realized.
