摘要
制粉喷吹系统是长钢炼铁工序的能耗大户,通过对喷煤作业区煤粉喷吹工艺和制备系统设备进行改造,大胆引入在线自动检测装置,主动摸索并调整优化磨煤喷吹参数,最终实现了磨煤喷吹系统氮气、煤气、电耗等能源消耗量的大幅减少,降低了煤粉的制备成本,为生铁低成本冶炼起到积极作用。
The pulverized coal injection system is a major energy consumer in the ironmaking process of Changgang.By reforming the pulverized coal injection process and preparation system equipment in the coal injection operation area,boldly introducing the online automatic detection device,actively exploring and adjusting and optimizing the pulverized coal injection parameters,the energy consumption of the pulverized coal injection system such as nitrogen,gas and power consumption has been greatly reduced,and the cost of pulverized coal preparation has been reduced,which plays a positive role in low-cost smelting of pig iron.
