针对邯宝冷轧厂镀锌线生产过程中存在的液压难题,通过分析液压设备的系统原理图,结合现场设备的实际运行情况,对入口液压站、光整机、下卷液压小车等设备进行改造和升级,以消除生产线存在的设备问题,为镀锌线高效稳定运行创造条件。

In view of the hydraulic problems existing in the production process of the galvanizing line in Hanbao cold rolling plant,through the analysis of the system schematic diagram of the hydraulic equipment,combined with the actual operation of the on-site equipment,the inlet hydraulic station,the finishing machine,the lower roll hydraulic trolley and other equipment are improved and upgraded to eliminate the equipment problems existing in the production line and create conditions for the efficient and stable operation of the galvanizing line.
