摘要
由于国内铝土矿品位不断降低,导致氧化铝生产中沉降分离工序中问题频发,根据沉降槽泥层及浮游物情况,利用底流量及絮凝剂添加量对沉降槽槽况予以调整变得尤为重要。鉴于此,利用图像识别技术对沉降槽清液层、沉降层、压缩层进行动态监控,根据图像分析结果对沉降槽运行情况进行及时调整,保证沉降槽运行稳定,避免沉降槽跨槽现象的发生。
In recent years,with the continuous reduction of bauxite grade in China,the problem of settling red mud separation in alumina production occurs frequently.It is particularly important to adjust the condition of settling tank by using bottom flow and flocculant addition according to the condition of sludge layer and plankton in settling tank.This paper uses image recognition technology to dynamically monitor the clear liquid layer,settlement layer and compression layer of the settlement tank,and timely adjust the operation of the settlement tank according to the image analysis results,so as to ensure the stable operation of the settlement tank and avoid the phenomenon of cross tank of the settlement tank.
