摘要
以8305回风巷掘进为工程研究对象,提出采用动态支护技术对围岩进行控制方案,即巷道顶板未被小煤窑开采破坏且岩层稳定时采用锚网索工艺支护围岩,当巷道掘进至小煤窑破坏区时采用架棚、局部注浆方式支护围岩。现场应用表明,所提支护方案可有效应对小煤窑开采破坏影响,8305回风巷围岩变形在合理范围内。研究成果可为其他矿井类似情况下回采巷道支护提供经验参考。
Taking the excavation of 8305 return air roadway as the engineering research object,it is proposed to use dynamic support technology to control the surrounding rock.When the roof of the roadway is not damaged by the mining of small coal mines and the rock stratum is stable,the anchor mesh cable technology is used to support the surrounding rock.When the roadway is excavated to the destruction area of small coal mines,the surrounding rock is supported by scaffolding and local grouting.The field application shows that the proposed support scheme can effectively deal with the mining damage of small coal mines,and the surrounding rock deformation of8305 return air roadway is within a reasonable range.The research results can provide experience reference for mining roadway support in other mines under similar conditions.
