摘要
以3202采煤工作面设备回撤为工程实例,针对综放设备数量多、回撤耗时长等问题,依据采面现场实际情况提出综合采用注氮、灌浆、封堵漏风裂隙以及强化监测等措施进行防灭火,并对采用的防灭火技术方案进行设计。现场应用后,综放设备在回撤期间以及后续密闭期间,均未出现采空区温度升高、自燃发火标志性气体涌出等情况。
Taking the equipment withdrawal of 3202 coal face as an engineering example,aiming at the problems of large number of fully mechanized top coal caving equipment and long withdrawal time,according to the actual situation of the mining face,it is proposed to comprehensively adopt nitrogen injection,grouting,sealing air leakage cracks and strengthening monitoring measures to prevent and extinguish fire,and to design the adopted fire prevention and extinguishing technical scheme.After on-site application,the fully mechanized top coal caving equipment did not appear the temperature rise in the goaf and the emission of self igniting symbolic gas during the withdrawal period and the subsequent sealing period.
