摘要
以3506采煤工作面过松软煤层带为工程实例,针对回采期间面临的片帮、冒顶等问题,提出采用超前注浆+强化顶板及煤壁管理等措施进行治理,并依据现场实际情况设计治理方案。现场应用后,采面耗时13 d回采过松软破碎带,期间煤壁片帮发生率降低约50%,顶板基本不发生冒落,取得较好的应用成果。
Taking 3506 coal face over soft coal seam as an engineering example,aiming at the problems of caving and roof falling during mining,this paper puts forward the measures of advanced grouting+strengthening the management of roof and coal wall,and designs the treatment scheme according to the actual situation on site.After field application,the mining face took 13 days to recover the soft broken zone,during which the occurrence rate of coal wall caving was reduced by 50%,and the roof basically did not fall,and good application results were achieved.
