摘要
针对某矿31303采煤工作面端头悬顶面积大,采空区漏风严重以及端头位置矿压显现异常等问题,依据现场情况提出采用切顶爆破方式弱化端头顶板,实现即时垮落。通过数值模拟分析发现同时切顶13号煤层直接顶及基本顶可取得较好效果,并依据31303采煤工作面对切顶爆破技术方案进行设计。现场应用后,采面端头位置顶板可实现随采随垮,取得较好效果。
In view of the large suspended roof area at the end of 31303 coal mining face in a mine,serious air leakage in the goaf and abnormal ground pressure at the end,according to the site conditions,the roof cutting blasting method is proposed to weaken the end roof and realize immediate collapse.Through numerical simulation analysis,it is found that the direct roof and basic roof of No.13 coal seam can be cut at the same time,and the design is based on the technical scheme of roof cutting blasting in 31303 coal face.After field application,the roof at the end of the mining face can collapse with mining and achieve good results.
