摘要
公司承接的国内某大型钢厂2030重卷检查机组,在使用过程中开卷机卷筒拉杆发生断裂,断裂位置在螺纹部位。针对这个问题从化学成分、断口描述、力学性能和金相组织检测等方面对拉杆断裂的失效原因进行分析,根据分析提出了相应改进措施,以有效提升产品质量。
In the 2030 heavy coil inspection unit of a large domestic steel plant undertaken by the company,the pull rod of the uncoiler drum broke during use,and the fracture position was at the thread part.Aiming at this problem,this paper analyzes the failure causes of pull rod fracture from the aspects of chemical composition,fracture description,mechanical properties and metallographic structure detection,and puts forward corresponding improvement measures according to the analysis,which effectively improves the product quality.
