主要针对酒钢现阶段生产的螺纹钢棒材系列产品存在的纵肋不一致、横肋高度偏下限、倍尺端部弯曲缺陷等问题进行原因分析,并制定了相应的改进措施,以达到提高成品样尺寸控制精度的目的。

This paper mainly analyzes the reasons for the inconsistency of longitudinal rib,the lower limit of transverse rib height and the bending defects at the end of double scale of the rebar series products produced by the big bar line,and formulates the improvement measures to improve the precision of the finished product samples size control.
