SOS反应在病原菌中对抗生素耐药形成研究进展

摘要 SOS反应是一种DNA修复机制,在细菌对抗菌药物产生耐药性的生物学过程中起着至关重要的作用。SOS反应的激活增加了细菌对抗菌药物的抵抗力。因此,SOS相关通路基因可作为新的抗菌药物的有效靶点。现就SOS反应在细菌耐药性及耐受性机制中的核心作用及其在不同病原菌中的研究进展做以综述,以期为SOS反应相关通路靶点耐药抑制剂的研究奠定基础。 SOS response is a DNA repair mechanism,which plays a crucial role in the biological process of bacterial resistance to antimicrobial agents.The SOS response increases bacterial resistance to antimicrobial agents.Therefore,SOS-related pathways genes can be used as effective targets for the discovery of new antimicrobial agents.In this review,the crucial role of SOS reaction in the mechanism of bacterial antimicrobial resistance and tolerance in the research progress of different pathogens was reviewed,so as to provide a knowledge base for the in-depth research on the SOS response related pathway targets.
