摘要
在高强螺栓连楼面使用的无机富锌底漆有抗滑移系数指标要求,传統的无机富锌类涂料产品该性能无法达到指标要求,不能满足正常的桥梁钢结构对防滑的要求,从而影响桥梁的使用寿命,甚至酿成安全事故的发生。本文在特有的无机富锌树脂的基础上,通过加入一定剂量的抗滑移填料、助剂等,达到抗滑移的标准要求,满足在高强螺栓连接面的防滑使用要求。
The inorganic zinc rich primer used on the connection surface of high-strength bolts has anti-slip coefficient index requirements.The performance of inorganic zinc rich products in normal use can not meet the index requirements and the anti-slip requirements of normal bridge steel structure,which afects the service life of the bridge and even leads to safety accidents.Therefore,based on the unique inorganie zine rich resin,a certain amount of anti-slip fller and additives were added to meet the standard requirements of anti-slip and meet the anti-slip requirements on the connection surúce of high-strength bolts.
