Application Analysis of Powder Coating in Heavy Industry

粉末喷涂具有良好的机城性能、很高的粉末回收率、较低的VOC含量等特点,在工程机械新建产线中备受青睐。本文从工程机械主机厂角度,结合新建智能涂装产线需求和经验,从粉末喷涂简介、粉末喷涂在工程机械应用上的优缺点及粉末喷涂缺点的解决措施等方面进行简单分析,对粉末喷涂在工程机械行业,尤其是近些年新建产线中的应用情况进行阐述。

Powder coating has the characteristics of good mechanical properties,high powder recovery and low VoC,which is favored when build new production line.From the perspective of mainframe factory of heavy industry,combined with the needs and experience of the new intlligent coating production line,from the aspects of the introduction of powder coating,the advantages and disadvantages of powder coating in the application of heavy industry and the solutions of powder coating were analyzed,and the application of powder coating in the heavy industry was expounded,especially in the new production line in recent years.
