摘要
涂装车间作为汽车制造的能耗大户,耗电量占四大工艺的50%以上,是主要的天然气消耗源,而烤箱叉是涂装车间的主要耗能设备,因此进行烤箱的智能化精细化工艺研究对节能环保具有重要的指导意义。智能烤箱又称Eco-Smart VEC,在满足工艺烘烤窗口的条件下,节约电和天然气。本文对烤箱结构和原理进行了研究,并从节能的角度对智能烤箱的应用进行了分析及探讨。
As a major energy consumer in automobile manufacturing,the painting workshop consumcs more than 50%of the power of the four major processes and is the main source of natural gas consumption.The oven is the main energy consumption equipment in the painting workshop.Therefore,it is of great guiding significance for energy saving and environmental protection to study the intelligent fine technology of oven.The smart oven,also known as Eco-Smart VEC,saves electricity and natural gas under the condition of meeting the process baking window.In this paper,the structure and principle of the oven were studied,and the application of the intelligent oven was analyzed and discussed from the angle of energy saving.
