摘要
干式空心电抗器匝间短路故障频发,危害严重。为此深入研究了干式空心电抗器的振动分布特性,以期提出新的故障检测方法。搭建了干式空心电抗器振动测量实验平台,使用激光多普勒测振仪,对不同频率电流激励下干式空心电抗器匝间短路故障前后振动信号进行测量,得到振动分布曲线。结果表明:匝间短路故障引发的电流变化会显著改变干式空心电抗器振动分布;短路匝附近的振动速度急剧增大,且增大幅度与短路匝电流成正比;利用二阶中心差分法对振动分布数据进行处理,可以准确定位至故障位置。该研究工作验证了基于振动分布特性的干式空心电抗器故障检测方法的可行性,并为其提供了参考。
The turn-to-turn short circuit fault of dry-type air-core reactor occurs frequently and causes serious harm.Therefore, we intensively studied the vibration distribution characteristics of dry-type air core reactor so as to propose a novel fault detection method. An experimental platform for vibration measurement of dry-type air-core reactor was built,the vibration signals before and after turn-to-turn short circuit fault of dry-type air-core reactor under different current excitation were measured by using laser Doppler vibrometer, and the vibration distribution curve was obtained. The results show that the vibration distribution of dry-type air-core reactor can be significantly changed by the change of current caused by turn-to-turn short circuit fault. The vibration speed near the short circuit turn increases sharply, and the increase amplitude is proportional to the short circuit turn current. The second order central difference method is used to process the vibration distribution data, and can accurately locate the fault location. The research work verifies the feasibility of the fault detection method of dry-type air core reactor based on vibration distribution characteristics, and provides a reference for it.
