RCEP区域标准化的展望

Prospects of RCEP Regional Standardization

本文综述了目前RCEP成员国之间标准化合作现状,包括东盟内部、东盟-中国、中国-日本-韩国、澳大利亚-新西兰等重要标准化合作关系,以及欧盟区域标准化成功案例。在此基础上,分析了RCEP区域标准化面临的困难,结合我国发布的标准化合作相关指导性政策文件,提出了推动RCEP区域标准化的工作原则和建议。

This paper summarizes the current status of the standardization cooperation among the member states of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP),including ASEAN,ASEAN-China,China-Japan-South Korea,Australia-New Zealand and other important standardization cooperation relationships,as well as successful cases of the EU.On this basis,the difficulties faced by the RCEP regional standardization are analyzed,and the working principles and suggestions for promoting the RCEP regional standardization are put forward in combination with the relevant guiding policy documents of China on standardization cooperation.
